So instead or being a better team and fighting for the drop spot you earned you have to be a team that gets lucky to get it. Cool

You can be a better well-rounded team by being good in adjusting your rotations or macros more frequently instead of just being good in team-fighting.

So the first 5 minutes of each match is a waste of time since nobody will be contesting...

I hope the benefits to the game are worth it, because it definitely makes it less fun to watch.

I disagree. I think its a lot more fun watching teams figure out new rotates rather than watch them take the same 3 paths every game.

what do you mean by "perfectly equal"? Since the draft is an open information, we cannot say that 1-40 is the same as 2-39 or even 20-21. Actually, starting from 3-38 it may happen that both your preferable locations on both maps are picked. In this particular match day. We cannot say that it will be balanced in another match day, because another set of teams will be involved. For now it is very confusing

Will it remain like this forever or will at some point past performance give you an advantage when it comes to picking the spot?

Nothing is going to be forever. Things change, if it gets to a point where everyone hates this system then they can just change it back to the way it use to be. If people like it, then they will keep it. Think about how many times there are rule changes in leagues/sports. It happens all the time, things look great at first then later on they get adjusted.

So even though the pros don’t want let’s do it anyways 😂

This is so lame. It's literally changing the game design for only pro play. If Respawn can't manage to hold a global tournament with the game the way they created it, they need to reflect on that. This is taking away a critical part of the game.

Sorry brother but without pro apex that game would have died out long ago. Same thing with league of legends valorant cs etc. this was the best change they ever made they streamlined the early game and removed the rng from the early br experience. The matches have been significantly better.

I agree on a certain degree because what pros play shouldnt have a significant difference with what casuals play. But I support this change. So for me, they can apply it in rank by dropping teams in random POIs.

Bleh, such a boring change. The early game is a waste, it doesn't really make the game more consistent and sucks for the teams that get two middle picks.
