Excellent poem with a great message. I really enjoyed it.
Its not about human connections at all really its about acceptance, accepting the past for all its faults without giving that very same past the power to control you or hinder your future progress, and the last part is about how that painful future, if seen in the right way, can actually make you stronger than ever before
