Totally agree. It's a masterpiece from start to finish. I'm sorry she had such a battle with the record company. I would love for her to have continued creating. So disappointing.

When Atlantic Records merged with AOL Time Warner, they then severed ties with Modern Records, which at the ties was Poe's label, therefore dropping her almost literally in the middle of a rising career. Then the label sold off her artist interest rights to an oil executive who kept her tied up in court and for ten years she could not use the artist name of Poe.

POE RULES!!! What a shame that this disc never got a push from the label. Great from end to end. I put it in the CD player in my car in 2001 and it's been in ever since. Saw her in 2002 at a small club...phenomenal show

Haunted truly is a phenomenal album. and the fact that she produced it truly shows what a great artist and writer she is. but doing these songs live must be hard. there were a lot of harmonies and tracks in every song on that album. still amazing though!

I have always been a fan of Poe. Every once in awhile I check online for updates and there is literally nothing! What is she doing? Where is she?? She is horribly missed in the music scene right now. We need her talent, her angelic gorgeous voice and presence now!!!!!! :(

Poe's story is a singer songwriters biggest nightmare. Not sure if you're aware but her label basically ruined her career for a contract violation with the Haunted album. From what i remember she tried to release material without their consent and they wouldnt let her out of her contract to record with another label nor let her record new music with them. Her music and voice is incredible and timeless.

I'm Haunted! Awesome ... I hope Poe aka Annie puts out another album as I really think she has a lot of music style to offer us.

Masterpiece! Great production! I once took the overnight train from Albany to Chicago and listened to this album on repeat all night while in-and-out of sleep; it was fucking wild (pun intended)!

This album has not left my cd player since i bought it seven years ago

I love this song, I love the whole album. Many years ago a guitar played in one of my bands introduced me to her and I still listen to this album on a regular basis. Wish she had put out more music. The drummers on the album tear it up, as well as the other musicians. Well done.

Haunted is one of my favorite albums of all time. Sometimes I get sad when I watch things like this because of what some jerk did to her. She has so much talent I wish she would record again. Wouldn't care if she changed the name even

This record was one of those that was so ahead of its time it was displace in its era. I'm so glad I bought it on a whim then and stream it now.

It's strange. I've loved this album dearly for a decade and a half, and never thought to look up a single live song before today. Not suprised that she's good live.

That´s really good.... Listening this music in my car...max. volume... uau.. amazing.

Poe is one person - not a "them" - and she has been on a very long hiatus. She had issues with her label and no one really knows what her intentions are in terms of projects in the future. We all basically just have to wait and see.

Discovered this in Alan Wake Remaster. Holy shit just wow, what a great track AND album. And this was released in 2000?? Waaaay ahead of it’s time. But, does anyone know what happened to the singer? Is she still making music? Is she alive even?

A lot of people keep talking about Alan Wake and that's nice you discovered this song from that game but this song was featured on the terrible sequel to Blair Witch.

I think Åurora Åskenes takes some inspiration form Poe.

A few points: 1) One of the most underrated artists of the last 15 years. 2) The album is amazing, but from this performance, it seems she wasn't very good live, IMO. 3) Wiki says she was involved in some kind of contract dispute with her old label, and may or may not come back with a new release. I for one would welcome it. 4) Lady Gaga called. She wants her top back!

This album is amazing, I did hear she may return to music soon and had a song released for a video game recently, however; that song absolutely sucked large. So who knows. But Haunted is an amazing album.
