I want to knit camisole no 9 so bad! You're the first KZreadr I've seen who has talked about it. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Anytime! I hope it was insightful and didn't deter you from starting the project! At the end of the day it's a beautiful cami that would get tons of wear and the little hiccups are totally worth it!! Let me know if you decide to cast it on 🙂

So thankful for this video! Your camisole looks fantastic. I'm just up to the collar and armholes now... sounds like we shared the same struggles. I chose Tynn Line (cotton + linen) as it is a gift for a vegan friend... so I can definitely relate with the drag feeling. Hopefully it turns out well.

Hello fellow Camisole no. 9 knitter! I had really similar experiences with this pattern. Some thoughts: - I've knit a few MFTKnitwear patterns and there were a handful of errors that felt very odd to see. Like the needle sizes were ALL over the place in the pattern. I followed the mm sizes because the US needle sizes were wrong at points. - My bottom edge also curled in till blocking XD - I did not bother to hand seam the edgings down. I put it through the sewing machine and it was easy! - UGH I also hate that it's not bra friendly :( - I knit mine in KFO Merino and I found my yarn specifically (cream) to be really splitty and bamboo needles was better than metal as metal would just keep splitting the yarn. :/ - I am also a process knitter XD the product was beautiful but man this process was rough to get through

Oh that's good to know that you had a similar experience! I thought it may have just been me/ this pattern because it was my first MFTKitwear but that's interesting you've had other hiccups! She does design stunning pieces so I would say that it's probably still worth it :P and hurray for process knitters! I find that the finished product is almost like a wonderful bonus! (vs if I was a product knitter and dreaded working through it :P)

Your camisole turned out so well, MaryAnn and I absolutely love your blankets. As one of the viewers who originally thought it might not be quite worth the time and effort to knit for your manager, I humbly take it back 😏, it looks soooo beautiful, any baby would be lucky to receive such a generous gift! I love the blues and soft purples in your scrappy blanket - that will be a good one for sure! I am still trying to finish a summer knit (I WILL finish it! I WON‘T put it off until next year!), but I have started an Aros Sweater for fall. We had one chilly week in Berlin, and I decided summer was over 😂. Its usually never too early in my opinion to start holiday knits because you know, when you’ve got them made, you’re safe😅. Enjoy your camisole!

Haha thanks Rebecca! Glad that I could change your mind about the blanket 😉 GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR LAST SUMMER KNIT! I’ve already called it quits but we just got hit with a heat wave LOL so it looks like summer is here to stay a little longer :P Oooh the Aros Sweater is stunning, that would definitely get me into the fall mood! Haha

I'm knitting with the Lang Jawoll yarn! Just FYI- There's a spool of reinforcement yarn in the center of those skeins. Apparently they're weighed with the plastic spool inside so it isn't exactly 50g. Otherwise it's a great sock yarn!

Oh really?! that’s so cool to know (about the spool of reinforcement yarn) but a little weird if they weighted it with the plastic inside haha. I hope I have enough then :P because it was clearance and there were only two skeins left!!
