Brooklyn, I was just scrolling through my Facebook feed yesterday and saw a short video of you two talking about the IELTS essay and that got me to your instagram and that led me here. Anyway, I think you have found a niche for online videos that many people will find interesting and helpful. So I believe in your success. Your stories are interesting and your storytelling is great. Slow and clear speech with English and Vietnamese caption will help a lot of people who are learning English. When I started learning English in the late 1990s and early 2000s, I found VOA special English (slow VOA NEWS) super helpful and I am sure many English learners would find your videos and your stories helpful in the same way. Although I’m no longer in need of slow English, you’ve got a new subscriber just for the stories and to follow your success. Enjoy your new life in Vietnam. Wish you two all the best. Sending you well wishes on your exam! I wouldn't worry too much about your accent... its pretty hard to change that. Just be YOU! And focus on correct intonation and pronunciation.

It just means that you're seeing (taking in) all the special attractions (sights) of the town! Here's an article on it that might help. www.vocabulary.com/dictionary/sight#:~:text=You%20can%20%22take%20in%20the,your%20gun%2C%20before%20you%20shoot.
