Madam, In Atul Mishra vs State of UP 2022, as u have stated that POCSO Act will not apply in the circumstances pertaining to the case, in which paragraph it has been mentioned. The accused have to face the trial in the sections of POCSO Act. If I m wrong, plz clarify Madam

Yes, only bail was given by keeping the objectives of the Act. The accused has to face the trial.
But in case of Atul Mishra v state of UP, why the consent of a minor is considered a valid consent?
