You can actually obtain those shooting plant seeds by digging a patch. It takes a bit time for you to obtain it. I got one when I dug a patch!

Every time you collect a flower there is a % chance to get an aphid. Each color aphid has different abilities to boost your army

I wish I could get defence flower but I'm only level 4 water chamber
