Ohhh so this is the concert with the legendary Ri Kyong Suks version of the Arirang song! I have this song and other few from this concert in HQ from a 2009 compilation CD, but may i ask you what year is this concert from?

I don't know exactly year, but I would say 1997. This date is on many tapes from this period of time.

리경숙이 독창회에서 이노래(31:07)를 부를때가 나이가 20살이라고 했습니다. 지금 리경숙의 나이가 50살 이니 30년전 이군요
아 슬프다 보고싶은 명가수를 못보고 살고 있으니 ~ ❤

It is, but the original uploader didn't care about video - audio sync so I decided to fix this and now we can all enjoy.

@@Kardor Recently met the uploader, a very kind old pa. He wouldn't choose to upload them if he did not care about it. In fact he was one of the best DPRK music collectors outside Korea. The transcoding problem of the bilibili site caused all the synchonization problem.

@@SamHero_ If he really did care about uploading this then he wouldn't use a low quality equipment that caused the audio and video flicker problems. Actually, is this the guy from Nanjing that has a shop on one of the biggest Chinese online market platforms?

@@Kardor I am pretty amused by your logic stating that "If he didn't upload with my standard, then he's not taking care about it", quite interesting. He's bit pissed off by your "download-upload" and considering adding a watermark named "no re-upload by Kardor" lol (I somehow managed to stop him though) By the way, he is not the one selling those CDs on Confucius, as I happened to met the true seller years ago.

I have to admit I understand, but at the same time I don't understand the logic behind being pissed off about somebody reuploading some Korean concerts. Nobody really uses bilibili outside China + the video is already messed up (I don't care if it's the bilibili's fault or the uploader's), if it can be fixed for better viewing experience then it is okay to reupload it somewhere else. The quality of this video is just bad, which indicates that the equipment used for catching this wasn't good (whever that was the grabber or the player itself). It's good that it's uploaded by the original uploader, but it could've been done way better. North Korean content get reuploaded all the time, e.g. concerts we've uploaded were really quickly reuploaded to bilbili, do I care? No, not really. There is nothing that I can do to stop it and I don't even have the right to upload this stuff to the internet in the first place. We all want to preserve Korean culture after all. I mean, it is clear to be seen that the quality of this video is way lower compared to other concerts from that period of time that you can watch on KZread. It's not about "somebody doing this their own way", it's about using low quality equipment, which results in low quality output. If somebody is mad at reuploading of such stuff, then it shows that they don't really understand how internet works. Now, I get it is frustrating to see "your"' video getting reuploaded by somebody else elsewhere, but that's just how it works. People will reupload such stuff regardless if they have a big watermark on them or not, if the quality is absolute garbage or not. Everyone does this all the time. The difference here is, that the viewing experience has been improved by fixing audio and video sync. People usually reupload such stuff without changing a single thing - that's frustrating.
