This was a masterpiece of an interview by Poch… brilliant responses and tone! The truth is Chelsea have not had a “long term project” since 2003. I want to believe this is what we’re trying to do, and it seems Poch understood this, but didn’t want to give the players an easy out, and didn’t want to get fans over-expecting. It was a tsunami that he inherited, and it was always going to be a mountain to overcome. I can say he’s overcome a large part of the mountain, we need to support him and the players as they start to press ahead with momentum and build unity and an identity!

I think Trevoh has been good, needs a good run in the first team. But from the two you asked I think Badishille has a higher ceiling. He’s had a tough few months but I think he’s a more calm defender and is better on the ball than Disasi.
