I think rashford is a superb finisher.. but hes more like a winger that cuts in and strikes than sets up others.. A bit like arjen robben, minus the dribbling ability. Hes useful for a team with no cohesion, like united.

He also played very well last year when he played with a wide team with weghorst down the middle who’d occupy the cb due to his height. This hasn’t worked this season because he hasn’t had shaw as an option to whip the cross. When shaw comes back Rashford will have more options which will accommodate for his weak crossing ability

The reality is Maguire would have been a good signing when we got him because of the way we played but like everyone else we over paid for him! However I do think there is a very clear narrative in the team against black players performances 🤔 I mean mainoo doesn't get it yet but everyone else gets the AWB treatment
