So true. Here in Milne Bay Province, the PHC is literally dead. The office itself looks like somebody's yam house. People, chew in the office, go to work anytime, & go home early before 4:00pm. No body does anything here in PHC. Its only a fortnightly job rather than a professional recognized office for MBP. Very, very sad. ☹️🫤😕
