The MPs send their question in writing to the Speaker/Chairman in advance and the Minister in charge/PM have to be present when the member raises that question in Question Hour next day. If they can't be present themselves, they are bound to depute someone to answer on their behalf.

1) Disqualified with reasons of mocking the speaker, creating ruckus, wasting tax payers money n what not. Tha was goid thing to do. 2)He gave interviews since media asked for it. He does it in Sally's too if you lend an ear sans bias. 3)He didn't say press shouldn't ask questions. You are twisting it. He simply said he is not answerable to journalists who are already labeled as pro/anti of any party. 4) Modi's and government's attendance is good in parliament. If opposition is absent, it's not his fault. No citizens has lost any basic rights, don't spread fake stories. Besides if there is violation of basic rights people must go to courts as per law.

Sir please define dictatorship. You are able to comment, you are able to start your business, you are able to conduct a function, you are been asked/requested to vote by the govt. Your country is somewhat safe from enemy missiles, hunger, disease etc. You are able to travel in metro/ vandebharat/ etc. you are able to scan and send receive money with UPI. You got your petrol rates in controll, when there was a global turmoil. You have the freedom and practice to understand and celebrate your religion and culture. I believe dictatorship never allows these, so far in history. Yes he may me high handed with certain attitude and may sound incorrect at times. But you know, even if you consider him a villain, I would say an intelligent villain is far better than a dumbass hero. Period
