Narendra Modi in his Rajya Sabha address tore into the Congress and I.N.D.I.A. bloc while the Opposition staged a walkout, after demanding the LoP be given a chance to speak.
Following his speech, Dhankhar expressed displeasure at the Oppn's actions while Kharge defended the walkout elsewhere saying the LoP had not been allowed to intervene. The Rajya Sabha was then adjourned sine die. The Lok Sabha was adjourned sine die on July 3, bringing to an end the first Parliament session after Modi 3.0.
