Resonates with me. I have pluto in Libra in the 2nd. My parents had a lot of money and valued it above pretty much everything else, and this made me feel like my self worth was tied to how much money I had. My mum also reminded us a lot of how lucky we were. As a consequence when I rebelled it was against 'money'. Because of that I've been quite poor all my life except for a few lucky years when I've landed well-paid jobs, however, these rarely last long for some reason. Now I've learned to live with my intense feelings around money and the inferiority complexes they create, and they are less intense. Still it's a bummer of a placement, I can attest to that.
I have it in 2H Sagittarius at 0 degrees in whole sign. We always didn’t have money and I grew up on welfare. I’m still on welfare at almost 30. Back to back financial issues with no rest because of bad choices from parents. And after college I am struggling to find work and pivot industries. Always feels like something stands in the way no matter how hard I work.
