I wore a JJ's House dress for my beach wedding - spent $150, looked amazing and jumped into the ocean for photos after. No regrets. I'm also 5'11 and plus sized and the fact that they tailored it to my measurements was amazing.

I'm super thankful that there is a plus size dress shop near me. The ladies who started it hated how much they struggled to find a dress when they got married so they turned it into a business.

That's amazing!! We have a few plus shops around us also, but I know one of them doesn't allow any photography/videography. I feel like that automatically rules that shop out lol.

First dress most flattering on you. Add some bling at waist in front & big satin bow in back at bootie --easy additions. These dresses beat out so many on that yes to dress show

Girl you should consider the 3rd dress style when trying on dresses, that’s SO FLATTERING on you!!!!!!

I like the third one the most. The first one was pretty too. I’m not a fan of the see through ones with the “nursing pads”

Number one looked perfect

The first was the prettiest.

I loved the first one the most especially if it had a jewelled belt around the waist. I think it would be perfect

I think this is a brilliant idea, even just as a starter if you have no idea what you want or what suits you. I’ve heard horror stories about snobby dress shops just being terrible to people. You look beautiful. You can even make tweaks to get it perfect, add and subtract, add a satin sash, embellish a bit if you want, add flowers...a dress like these, it’s just brilliant and the price? Unbelievable! Bless you.

Seriously love, love, love your vlogs and wish they were more frequent. I was living for bedtime to snuggle up after a lonnngggg day at work and watch your Vlogmas. In the uk lockdown it was literally like the only thing I had to look forward too other than Christmas. Please do more vlogs 🙏🙏 🙏

I ordered my dress from JJ’s house. It was beautiful, great quality, fit perfectly, and cost less than my invitations. Highly recommend, especially for brides on a budget and plus size brides who have a hard time finding the right dress in a bridal shop. I’m plus sized myself and I found the shops to be frustrating because they don’t stock all sizes and everything is so expensive. JJ’s house was perfect. My brides maid’s dresses also came from there. They were beautiful and affordable as well. Since my girls live in different states having an online shop with consistent quality and color made coordinating bridesmaids really easy.

The 3rd dress is beautiful and the Most flattering on your body!!!

Out of this haul, only really liked 2 dresses in particular, the first one and the v-neck sequinned princess dress with the slit in the front. You will look stunning in anything you choose 🙏🙏

My favorite on you is tha first one. Very classy

You look stunning! I love the long sleeve dress on you, flawless. I bought a bridesmaid dress in ivory from BHLDN and it was PERFECT! The dress was not the most important part for me, so spending less on it was the way to go :)

Super torn about the last one. I love the pattern of the lace, but I SUPER hate the top of the dress. The cups seem like an afterthought. It should have been something pretty under the mesh, not just a couple of random cups sewn in. You know? Blech. And I didn't like how far it was cut down in the back. But then when you walked with the train in the frame I thought that was GORGEOUS. Torn!

Ughh, that's how I felt also! I feel like I'm never going to find the exact dress I want because I am so picky LOL. I always pick something apart. 🤣

First and last ( last one if tailored to you !) also as a twice married lady- I didn’t wear a traditional dress the first one but spent like 400 on gown . Second time 100 bucks at Nordstrom on a raspberry t length Lacey dress . No regrets ! As long as you feel beautiful !!

I loveeeed the A-Line v-neck dress!! I loved them all, but that was definitely one of my favorites!

I was going to get number 3 actually for my wedding in June, however we’ve brought the date forward to March so I thought it was a bit too summer-y for the time of year. I’m a bit worried about buying from JJ’s though

My main worry about the dresses from JJs is as a plus size lady I need support especially if not wearing a bra for example, do these dresses have some scaffolding?

Third one is much more slenderizing! The form fitting ones really don’t look good with your body type. Third one is much much better!

Yes! Definitely could use a couple adjustments here and there. But overall, I really loved that one!

That third dress sucked the breath out of me when you turned around. SO beautiful! I did not like the high slit though.

Yes! The slit kind of threw me off for it being a wedding dress, but that would be an easy fix I would think. I loved the back of that dress also 😭

I’m sure I would make a mistake on the measurements.

My favorite in order: three, two, one, four. The back on number three was absolutely lovely. And as for number four, the nursing bra cup inserts looked awful. That has absolutely nothing to do with you and how it looks on you. Lately I’ve seen dresses up in the thousands with that same nursing bra insert look. It is horribly unflattering when you can see through a dress right into the bra cups. What are they thinking?
