    Thank you for sharing your recipe. I had some plums left in the fridge and made this jam. I added a pinch of nutmeg and ground cloves! Delicious! And it had my kitchen smelling like the holidays!

    just made it and it's delicious! I used the exact measurements and it's fantastic on a piece of toast, great stuff! If anything, it's just a tad bit too sweet.

    You're using a 2 1/2-to-1 ratio of plums to sugar and getting a very thick mixture. So, without pectin, how are you getting it this thick?
