Ingredients:
For caramelizing sugar:
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Hot water
Nuts:
1/2 cup Black Raisins
some Cashews
For Sugar spice:
1/2 cup Sugar
2 inch Cinnamon
4 Cardamom
4 Cloves
Cake Batter:
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Oil
1.5 cup Maida
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
Bake at 350 F /175 C for 50-60 min
Cooker: bake on Medium - Low for 1 hr - 1hr10 min
