Sorry if this is rude to ask, but how many hectares would yous have? And how much of your equipment do yous own vs rent? I'm 100% a townie so I haven't a clue how much land a farmer would need to make having that sort of equipment profitable. I imagine a decent bit

We're farming around 49 hectares/ 120 acres and we have most of our own equipment but then for some jobs like silage, slurry, lime and dung we get a contractor in who have specialist equipment which cost a lot so the average farmer would not have the machinery that contractors have.👍🏻
