Plough Share mixer provides intense mixing within short mixing times.

The plough share mixer is based on the principle of fluidized mixing and in this case, we have flower shape mixing elements which will cause a rapid mixing in less than five minutes.
These elements rotate at a peripheral speed in excess of 200 meters per minute.
The charging of the material happens through charging points located at the top.
The mixing takes place in less than five minutes and the discharge happens through the bottom valve.
The plough shear mixer is provided with inspection and cleaning windows.
We have also provided high-speed chopper assemblies which rotate at 3000 revolutions per minute and will disintegrate any lumps or agglomerates that can be formed during the mixing process or are there in the raw material.
The liquid spray nozzles are also provided to inject the liquid into the mixer.
For the process which needs continuous temperature monitoring, a temperature sensor will also be provided in plough share mixers.
Plough Shear Mixer is provided with plough shape mixing elements as shown in this video, the plough mixer can also be designed with paddle-type mixing elements.
