The East Africa need to start cooperating as individuals and not only wait for our leaders

I agree on Custom System the Prof is talking about. With that then Africa will not be cheated by the West cause we have a common system but in our different needs in Africa.
its pathetic they are all laughing and clapping when they are supposed to be taking notes with their pens,he is no comedian , how can Africa cause a change?
