Yeah I have same experience with the PLNTS packaging. It just doesn't work with the big plants. It's okay with the baby plants that they mostly sell but bigger ones are always messy and leaves not good. I ordered quite recently but lucky for me it was quite warm weather so the soil wasn't wet at all.. It's a shame that such a lovely plants are ruined with that plastic packing that doesn't even breathe that well

Hi! Plnts was good at packaging their plants before. My last order, this year (after a long pause from ordering plants online) was a bit disappointing as well. Soil was all over. 😢

@@tfyfonnie they actually respond to complaints very well. I have been once refunded. Good customer service. I just don’t know now. I haven’t got a chance to inform them of the disappointment I had until yesterday when I saw your video.

@@GodfreyCua agree on the customer service point 👍🏽 before they send me the parcel, I spoke to the customer service on the size of the box, they told me that I would receive 2 separate large boxes. But perhaps the packaging team is trying to put everything together, which messed up the plants 🌱

I have bought several times from this shop and have always had the same shipping issues... It is so annoying because besides that I find they are lovely people and they have nice plants at reasonable prices...

i just had a waroqueanum arrive from plnts today to the uk. fortunately my plant was just the right size for the packaging and arrived pretty close to perfect. i would say the issue is they just shouldnt be using those containers for delicate, large leaf philodendrons , they just arent large enough

The whole plant looks horrible. I have gotten better plants from overseas that was packaged amazingly. So SAD>

Unfortunately yes… my Indonesia and Thailand import shipped much nicer and plants recover much better than this one🫠

Fonnie next time wear gloves because u pregnant and u dont want to be touching quimicals that come in soil dirt etc also i would of been piss off

Maybe, i just said that i ordered 15 times from plnts and all of it was great. Expect for one instance that i receieved an incorrect specimen and Emma from plnts quickly resolved the issue.
