YES!!!! You get pumped when you have a friend to paint with...I've been at this pleinair thing for 20+ years...wish I had started earlier but at 73 I'm still pleinair painting with that same friend.!!! We've done artist 'retreats' in the eastern SIERRAS on Sonora Pass, HOpe Valley..wonderful mountain paintouts!!!....But still on my bucket list is doing a nocturne.!!

Thanks ! Very inspiring - I have had the dream to take a cruise - Spain to Greece - and paint both on the yacht and off the yacht. Heaven!! I would love to see what each of you had packed for this trip. I’m a Plein air painter and continue to find new ways to manage my equipment. Making it as streamlined as possible. Another fun part of painting outside!

Thanks Eric and the team for hosting us, and viewers for watching/listening! I forgot to talk about SUPPLIES... PACK LIGHT! A rolling cart or wheeled backpack for oil gear was the best solution, or a mini-backpack for roaming further with a tiny watercolor sketch kit.

This was so enjoyable! I admire all four artists and it was great learning about their fears and challenges (which I totally relate to). I followed along with Jane's facebook posts when she was in Paris, and what a fun time it seemed that you all had there. Bravo!

Thanks so much for this encouragement. i have been looking for someone to travel to Maine for a workshop this summer, but it's difficult. (I live in Nashville, Tennessee area). My husband can't do a trip like that and I don't want to do it by myself.
