Hi. This is a song that I made with a program called Suno. It takes a few hours (1-2.5) to make a song once I found a good start. I advance the song bit by bit and look at different generations on how it performs the next part of the song. I then select the best version and advance it a bit further until the song is done. The lyrics are custom. The voice is computer generated. The style for this song is: Beats, Electronic, Meditation, Celestial, New Age, Ethereal, Country. This is a fairly new way to create songs. The technology became good enough to use about 2 months ago with V3. Do you want some place to buy these songs? Or would you rather just a dedicated youtube video for just the song.

There are several effective breathwork techniques in meditation. While I often breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth, both nose-only and mouth-only breathing are also beneficial. The Zetas emphasized nasal breathing, which may be linked to energy accumulation in the third eye, though they didn't explicitly state this. Here's a good rhythm to try: inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 3 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds, and repeat.
