@여자큐브CUBE Girl Seventeen is the only reason why pledis even still exists. Pledis was pretty much bankrupt when seventeen debut. You can tell from their debut vid that pledis was pretty short on cash. Luckily for pledis, seventeen became an overnight sucess and managed to save the company. I also agree with your point that since they are a self producing group, there is not much else for pledis to do except you know *promote properly*

Pledis has this unique talent of finding talented and good looking people, and then training them for years, make them debut, only to throw them into a trashbin. Seriously it's such a waste. All of their groups has a good potential to actually top the charts and make their name as on of the Biggest Kpop groups, but Pledis isn't doing a very good job handling them, especially their girl groups. Pristin could be one of the biggest girl groups, After School could've been a legend, Orange Caramel didn't even get to shine, and Nuest could've been known better. I'm glad their fairly treating SEVENTEEN well (as of now), but they should do that for ALL of their groups. Each group has their own potential. Pledis could've been known as one of the greatest KPOP Companies, but they don't know how to handle their idols well. It's such a shame, honestly.

@@user-cy9pn1uy8p 내가 플디빠 캐럿이라 앎 승철이는 2009년에 입사했고 1기 멤버들은 연습 말고 데뷔 기다리기만 3~4년을 기다림... 그니까 연습기간 말고 데뷔조에서 4년... 누군 고등학교 입학 후 졸업하는 시간동안임ㅋㅋㅋ 17tv 보면 알겠지만 서로 짜증내고 혼내고 울고 화내고, 안무연습하는 거 보면 내가 다 숨막힘 그래서 프리스틴이 나한텐 너무 안타까움 어떤 곳에서 데뷔했는지 아니깐. 심지어 난 프듀도 개많이 봤어서 더 슬픔 하이틴 치어리더 느낌의 걸그룹이라 좋았는데 참 안타깝다

Coming back to this makes me so sad right now. Imagine putting all this hard work and passion these girls had and just have it end up like this. Wah Deureumna we need to be worried about Pledis' promotions and its sudden bad decisions, i'm a L.O.ㅅ.E myself and remembering that pledis messed with NU'EST before they founded their korean fandom is a heartbreaking , however , NU'EST will comeback in 2017 and will have individual activities as well but i still think the company decided to focus on them next year just because SEVENTEEN will have concerts i japan at the same time.

+mad0di0di0domo If anything, that would be a compliment so back off. Pledis Girlz definitely looks up to Seventeen, so in no way shape or form would that have been an insult.

The fact that their predebut is so outstanding. Their debut is so popular. Their comeback is also fairly successful. The sub-unit also got a lot of support. But they still didn't meet pledis expectations?? The only thing that went wrong is management. SVT and Nu'est also gained popularity and success by themselves. Without help from the company. So sad Pristin didn't get to be with bighit ent. They should have put them in source music instead for better management of girl groups under big hit.

I swear it will be an excellent choice if Pledis Girlz debut with this kind of concept, it's not like any typical gg concept but it is so freaking fun & awesome to be watched! The truth is there are RARELY any girlgroups that can bring forward an energetic, sharp choreography with lively, spontaneous facial expressions. Jelly Brainbox yes, I have watched all of the performances u mentioned :) I even love their songs. I agree that their expressions are lively, however imo I can't help but think the expressions are something like what they have been practising or taught to do, not really on the spot/spontaneous. Maybe Im not really a hardcore stan of girlgroup, and SEVENTEEN & VIXX are my bias group, so perhaps my preference standard is a bit high XD , but I really do think LABOUM did the best based on that personal standard. And Sonamoo, gosh they should stick with that fierce concept, I totally like their cover stage of Up10tion White Night before. No offense, its just my opinion, sorry if it sounds harsh :)

But are we talking about live performances or practice room videos ? Cause ofc they're acting more freely in the practice room, and in this case this is not their song so it is meant to be appealing and fun just like svt's concept. I guess groups still have to maintain a certain image when it is their song and not a goofy version of it like bts can do sometimes. Idk, I 100% agree with you when you say it be cool if they debuted with this kinda concept, but unfortunately it's only the cute/girly image that seem to work better for some reasons (I love cute/girly concepts but not that it's the only thing working for them in the end!) and I think it's kinda harsh to judge the girls on that since they don't decide of it. T$ tried with sonamoo and I was also looking for it but I guess that's what it is unless the kpop community really starts supporting these groups when they do come out with different concepts. You should definately check out rollercoaster and today at their concert they revealed another new song and its a ballad. BTW these girls compose and write their own lyrics and even choreograph their songs.

for all hlghs that are watching this, i dont know what to say. Pledis is crap and our girls deserved better. This song was what made me really stan a girl group after ioi disbanded, and i was so positive that This time i wouldn't be let down as soon as ioi's short year because they weren't a temporary group. But well, we all know what happened. I was once there watching every vlive and choosing our fandom names and went to craving and practically begging for content being sent out. I underatand Its hard to have a bias group that only one member is out there promoting. If any of you hlghs are watching this, i wish you a happy day,and i hope to see you all in the videos with our girls having a better life without shitty pledis. i loved pristin, and will still love pristin.

they won't debut as pledis girlz, their official group name will be announced on jan. 6th at their concert :) and yes, they're capable of self-producing too! several members can write lyrics, compose, and arrange songs

choreo? hmm i don't think so... (maybe nayoung? but not to the point where she can choreograph for the group). the girls are definitely better rappers and vocalists than they are dancers. there isn't really a member who's like a female hoshi haha but i'm glad they're releasing these dance vids to show their skills tho. not sure about the units, pledis hasn't said anything :)

This makes me sad. Pristin was one of my favorite girl groups that truly made me happy. Thank you Pristin for all your hard work and dedication for entertaining your fans. We will miss you so much, we wish all of you guys to enjoy your life where ever you are. Continuing your studies, going to different entertainment companies, or still in this company. FollowNRBH Hoshi (Kwon Soonyoung) and member of seventeen is know for giving little hints or "spoilers" for upcoming comebacks. Esp in the form the giving hints on the point Choreography, so much to the point where he even has a Microphone with KwonSpo (Kwon Spoiler) on it. Since Minkyeong pulled her suspenders straps I made a joke that shes imitating Seventeens Aju Nice Choreo (Since they use suspenders for that dance) and hinting that they might cover Aju Nice making her KyeongSpo. Although I really doubt that thye will XD

Anyone back after their debut? I'm so glad pristin is such a success, they charted moderately in Korea but stayed on the Melon chart for over a week which is rare, many songs by more established artists can not achieve that feat. Their video is one of the most viewed this year and is starting to become one of the most viewed debuts (it will overtake SNSD's debut video this year and will maybe even take over IOI - dream girls in views) Theyre very talented so I hope they get to be more successful

Although they are super rookies, winning three rookie award at the end of their debut year, and having two full group promotions, an extended stage promotion of Black Widow and a sub-unit comeback as Pristin V; I really hope that they can perform with a more well-rounded concept that suits them and not go cutesy like they did with WE LIKE and WEE WOO, although they were both bops respectively, I want them to collectively comeback with a more "Get It/Black Widow/ After School - First Love" type of bop where they can display their vocals, intense dance skills and mature style without having to adhere to the "TWICE-like" cute theme. Please Pledis, their Pristin V concept was everything.

I don't even know why would they disband this...it took me so late that i was already listening to their songs 😑😔

Taehyunggie You shouldn't be blaming the graduation system. After School wouldn't be more popular and special if not for Uee, Raina, Nana and Lizzy. There were only 2 graduations (Soyoung and Kahi) when people started to complain that members are graduating as if they're graduating everyday -_- Because people complain like that, After School is now gone.

I need them. They have trained in the same time with SVT. They are so talent, they are so tall and pretty. I really miss them.

minkyeong reminds me of joshua, their visuals are a blessing and they have soothing voices, while pinky reminds me of hoshi cause they're both main dancers and lead vocalist

Honestly I thought at first that Pledis didn't want to give After School a comeback but it seems like 50/50, the members doesn't seem eager to comeback, except for that one time that Lizzy tweeted she wanted to perform again. Uee is more recognized as an actress now and occasionally reminded she is an idol when people request her to dance Diva Raina, she is doing singing collab here and there without any significant plans Nana she is getting into the acting scene, winning rookie awars and being Lead in a movie Lizzy hmmm controversies with her weight and that flag thing, she's more into variety, plus she complained about pledis in a broadcast lately so not sur Pledis is too fond about her E-young Honestly not sure if she's still interested being an idol, she isnt really active on ANY social media and hasnt been doing much except for that bike group in japan 2 years ago or last year ? I have doubts she official left Pledis, because the girls NEVER hang out with her while they always have gatherings Kaeun She had her DJ gigs last year but shes been quite lately, she was at pledis office in the summer for something we don't know why, I guess she's still interested in perfoming , but all her unnies are ... gone pretty much I would hope for a last After School comeback, but I feel it's not going to happen, so might as well cheer on the new generation of Pledis!

Hikari Ishida I think that it will happen to After School what it happened with 2ne1 that yg debuted Blackpink to be the replacement of 2ne1, and then disband them. I'm sick of waiting for a After School comeback, I'm so thirsty for them, and I'm so scared that what it happened to 2ne1 happens to After School😔

i still have fate. if AS was support to disband, they would have done it for a long time ago. they have not had comeback for years but still don't disband. i believe pledis is waiting for the right time. nu'est had comeback after 17 debut. so i believe that they will still stay together and have a comeback one day.

+Hikari Ishida I’ve given up hope, I think ‘First Love’ was their last “big push,” they put a lot of effort into that album, from the concept to the quality of the album itself and the blood sweat and tears the girls shed to make it perfect and what did they get for it? nothing, no awards not even a nomination for best dance even though that dance was the most difficult dance any Kpop group has ever pulled off male or female and they sold less than 'Flashback,' it’s really sad because it was a great album with good songs but unfortunately the fandom slept on them and as 4Minute fans can now attest this is what happens when you take your favorite group for granted and don’t financially support them.

Just like with Seventeen, I think my bias just picked me. Can someone tell me who the girl with Jeonghan's lines are?
