Zacc bro, nice vid lad.... so, with the shower, did u have to make a booking 🤔 and was it a long wait to get a booking 🙄 I will be there in July and got a special deal on that lounge but I will be arriving there at about 7 p.m. and I'm concerned it's going to be peak time and I won't be able to use the shower because it will be all booked out? How did you find this Zacc?

@Gary Haber, yes, for shower, you need to make booking. I would suggest that you make booking during your registration with the receptionist. If there is a queue, you can eat and relax in the lounge first. There are 6 shower rooms. Some times 7pm, can be busy, some times not. A little luck play a part too. Enjoy your trip in July!

Does advanced online booking really help if there is rush ?

@rachaelchinneelim6386, in actual there is a time limit for the access and lately the staffs from PPL is doing random checking. So it depends on your luck.

Is it inside transfer area ? Do we need to cross immigration if coming to Singapore from another country for accessing this lounge ?

@NomadBenny, this lounge is inside the Transit area. If you are coming to Singapore, depending on your arrival terminal, you may just take the complimentary train to Terminal 1.

they dont serve hainan chicken in the lounge anymore?

@Richard W, they actually do, but perhaps it was not during my visit. The good thing about PPL is they rotate their menu so that it is not the same each time.

@@zacctravelsofficial yeah did notice that hainan chicken and laksa were only available during certain time last time I was there. Gotta time it right for my next stopover. How good would some nice laksa and hainan chicken rice at 3am be, LOL

Is the food, shower all comes under the cost of the payment?
