They use steel-breaking charges from the bottom to the top first. Then, after a few seconds delay, they "shoot" the dynamite inside the drilled concrete columns. The floors with the dynamite are wrapped on the outside to prevent casualties from fragments. The use non-electric primacord to set off all the charges. There are connecting charges to spread the shockwave to multiple primacord strands inside the building.

I think it would be a little different for this one since it doesn't have columns like a regular building would. The whole thing was a prefabricated building
