It is not easy now to go grocery shopping, you have to stand in line, keep 2 meters distance apart, and wait for a few minutes or longer before you can get inside a grocery store! And of course, someone is waiting at the entrance door to spray disinfectant liquid to the palm of your hands. Oh, how everything changes due to this coronavirus pandemic. My family went together to shop since we are allowed now to be in a group maximum of 10 here in Quebec... But all essential stores are packed with people and you have to stand in long lines before you can get it... It's so frustrating and annoying. We were able to go to Walmart store and stay in line for a few minutes, and we're lucky enough that there was no line up as we got to the dollar store, so we got in right away. But while we were still inside the store, we were told by one of the staff to "please hurry up shopping because people outside are standing in line waiting." Unlike before that, we hop from one grocery store to another when we want to buy an item that is not available in the other store.
So we went home unable to buy other items that we were supposed to buy. We will just try another day, hopefully the line will not be as long...
