Tbh, that PS4 looks like it was intentionally taken apart beforehand and pelted with dirt, then put back together. Out of all the dirtiest systems I've cleaned, none have looked like this gem here.

@@nisse2427 what's sad is that I have been repairing computers and other things for years and have found old systems in the trash that I got working. There was a server from a vet's office that I took home and eventually made $50 on. Videos like this make people question any legitimate finds and subsequent restorations/ repairs and rightfully so. That's why I never upload anything.

Less of a restoration and more of how not to clean your ps4. It was the disk drive that made me cringe and the brushes he is using.

This is why you must work at DK Oldies doing such deep cleaning and restoration inside and out. Buy a 1TB Solid State Drive as an option makes the PS4 boot and run faster through digital gaming.

I have a question on the part 21:19 what tool is that you are using to cover those holes? I always wanted to clean my ps4 but thought if you remove( the black spots with a tool) it wouldn’t go back together but because of this video I plan to fully clean the fan and other parts carefully. Awesome video by the way! @

половина того, что разобрал автор, было зря, верхнюю металлическую крышку над куллером не обязательно снимать и срезать запаянные крпеления, нижнюю пластикувую крышку просто выломали (болт был под пломбой), до последнего думал, что сломает и Блок Питания, но слава богу додумался откурутить болт под нижней крышкой, в общем разбор варварский, далее посмотрел процесс чистки, это ужас, никогда не проводите щеткой по лазеру, как сделал автор, вместо новых термопрокладок автор приклеил старые на непонятно что, после чего зачем то вкрутил болт от жесткого диска в корпус, а сам жесткий диск не прикрутил не на что, в общем ужасный разбор, ужасная чистка и ужасная сборка, так-же вопрос, зачем было прогревать компоненты на материнской плате если не было на то причин, что делает данный мастер, это ужас!

The important screws are responsible for fixing the cooling parts identically

the disassembly was a little painful to watch.. also why did you apply thermal paste on the ram chips then return the old thermal pads when you could just replace it.. anyways great video

I am sorry, but I have to say....u r tearing it all down the wrong way 🙏🙏🙏. u don't cut the plastic mold. u don't open it up from the top. u don't pry it with metal crowbar. at least look up the teardown proses..and do it properly, because people will follow your step and do it the wrong way as u did.... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🤝
