These are the best instructions, I searched a lot and watched many videos. This is the only one that shows how its done 0:36. You are the best!!

Do the wall mounts swivel?

These instructions are wrong. You cannot do what it says at 2.23 because it shows lifting the barrier up into the fixed wall bracket because the barrier is level with the floor and therefore cannot be under the bracket to be raised up into the bracket. I have fixed this barrier and you can tilt the barrier and force it into the bracket but it is near impossible to remove it the same way. The bracket has to be unscrewed from the wall. If you want to have an easily removable barrier you need to find another way of fixing it.

I agree Albert, I was hoping to have it as easily removable but as you said you can’t just lower it as shown on the video as it sitting on the ground. You have to screw the bracket on while it’s all assembled. I’ve used had to diy my own fix so it can be easily removed from this end. Did I miss something in the instructions?

Bought one of these gates tonight and had the same exact problem. The instructions are wrong, along with the video. It’s impossible to get the vertical pole into the bracket once it’s fixed to the wall. I’ll be returning this gate first thing tomorrow.
