Im peak diamond so cant say much, but imo its probably cause teams just got better overall, more time with their teammates. Dont forget that most of the madrid teams were pretty new at the time (monyet, the entirety of KC, Team heretics new people, the geng roster), so they werent as comfortable as now.

It's simple. Sen would qualify if c9 just loses their remaining games even with 1-2 losses as C9 have the worst map record. Other 4 teams would qualify assuming g2 beats loud, nrg beats eg (very likely scenario).

Yeah, the community turns so toxic right when things are going bad even if you already won and proved yourself already in big times before. I'm a LOUD fan, and they accomplish so much since the beginning of their Valorant journey, and yet the second they start to be down (which it will happen, it's super hard to keep yourself at the top all the time) the community starts to get so fucking toxicq... it's a shame
