An excellent idea.

Double the Spyro, double the fissure gameplay, what more could you ask for? Awesome video man. It'd be cool to see you do other games like this. Crash 2 / Crash 3, Monsters Inc / Toy Story 2, to name but a few suggestions. :)

So hilarious and awesome!! I’d love to give this challenge a try. Maybe in two harder levels like Zephyr and Fireworks Factory. And yes, the dialogue cutscenes can really help at times.

I think you just invented a new speedrun category. Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 lend themselves nicely to this I think.

This is such a cool idea. Just imagine the possibilities you can do with this, not only with Spyro games but other games that are not related to each other. Please make a series of this :D edit: I tried to play two games that are not related to each other (Spyro 1 and Bug's Life) and it's much more difficult than I thought. Platforming sections are extremely hard if you try to play both because as soon as you look away, you mess up. So games like Crash Bandicoot would be pretty much impossible. But other games that are more generous could work

Awesome run. Imagine doing 2x Crash Bandicoot Boulder lvls at the same time. Now that there would be fucking N.Sane. 😂

Love this idea, I think the one thing I'm curious to see though is levels that have actual threats to Spyro (enemies and falling to death). These levels being beginner levels makes it easier to focus on one at a time but once you have to be careful in both games it should be much more interesting.

Not sure if anyone remembers a cartoon called "Elliott from Earth" but this reminds me of the episode "Parallel Paradox" which provided a genius spin on the "trying to be in two places at once" plot.

ePSXe has always been a trash emulator, so yeah, DuckStation is leagues better.

Thank you for the support! The ONLY reason I still use ePSXe now is because it's the only emulator to properly support SpyroEdit and some other Spyro hacking tools. If they could work on DuckStation, that would be great but there are no plans to. But for general emulation, DuckStation is indeed leagues better. Streets ahead.

@@CrystalFissure Oh definitely better. At first I thought u had 2 keyboards; I was saying to myself if this guy is ambidextrous then this is gonna be one hell of a video lol. But one controller for two games simultaneously can work I guess, the only downfall we see is the fact is u go one way in one game meanwhile in the other u hit things. If I did this it would be perpetual deaths 🤣 I can multitask in my daily life but not this way lol. But anyway, great video dude; these two are my favorite games. I have been playing them since I was a kid with my older brother; the swim in the air glitch was our all time favorite. The other glitches I found on my own as an adult and showed him; he was shocked. Especially with the hidden unfinished boss battle in Year Of The Dragon, Dino mines.

Love this idea! Were you playing both on one uniform controller or did you have two? Cuz I noticed that whenever you did something on one game the other would do the same thing.
