you should put your UI scale down in settings, It will make things like the healthbar and stuff smaller so you can see better

thats not how shotgun shots work. if you're consistently hitting low damage shots, its because you're aiming with the edge of your crosshair and missing 80% of the pellets

wont make a vid on it but heres my thoughts: while the muscle memory isnt imporant and it doesnt help you speed up at all, it does make edit coursing a little harder so I think its not a bad thing to learn how to do it in creative cuz the timing of it is similar to blueprint editing in game. But then also make sure that you have muscle memory to do everything with your blueprint out so you can do that in game

there are preset game sensitivities on kovaaks, just select Fortnite as your game and then put in your Fortnite sensitivity

You seem mechanically decent and pretty good with your aim but I think your game sense is lacking. Especially at the end. I think when the zone was pretty much done I think you canceled the med to run back in zone to pick up brick before realizing it was time to play heal off. And then you friend telling you in heal off to grab you pump so you can dash somewhere.. why would you dash when you in the middle of 3 fully built metal boxes with 3 extra meds on the ground.
