Morph mode. He probably made a gold creeper texture but idk how the morph mod works or how you get custom morphs like this golden creeper.

for those who didnt notice that u can see a tnt spawn in the mineshaft also when shark and kevin go in there u can see cobblestone and stones laying in the mineshaft and u see a water flowing down its a sign someone is trolling a guy trolling kevin, hope this help :]
