It surprises me that with the pre-war United States being such a technologically advanced society, night vision goggles do not exist but there are NV sights and power armor helmets with flashlights in the lenses

@@Cryne95 as for advanced forms of night vision the power armor had plenty of extra room for the vacuum tubes needed. As for the scopes, the nazis did have primitive NV scopes. With the jump in funding id not be suprised that they conjured it up.

Night vision goggles were cut from F3, FNV, and Fallout Tactics. Despite that, NV is actually in Fallout, just as a little bonus with the Elite Riot Gear in FNV whenever you're crouched. I believe the lack of NV is just them being lazy.

Great video! In Skyrim, if YOU would want to create a new build and character. Do you actually play through the game again, doing questlines and etc to level up. Or do you just use exploits withtin the game or even console commands to level up?

Thanks :) when I make a new character in Skyrim I play the game mostly normal with some exploits here and there (enchanting/alchemy). I don't like using console commands.
