Tips for fellow Lifeweaver mains: - In comp on hybrid/escort, use LW on defense bc he is extremely good at keeping up defense. For attack if you’re struggling learn to use Kiriko bc I promise you those two can enable your team in opposite ways. - Get used to his movement abilities. If you’re stalling cart or points lift yourself up with petal bc it’s short enough to keep you in the contesting hitbox and basically don’t shoot just keep running and jumping and dashing until the rest of your team catches up, just try not to do it against a full team and instead maybe 1-3 ppl at most (if you end up dying don’t worry bc you still stalled the point) - When going up petal platform, jump as you reach the top to get an extra boost - Try to jump less because it can sometimes input it as your dash - Don’t hold your heals to full unless super necessary, small bursts can sometimes be more useful (30-40 charge) - Don’t be afraid to do some dmg if your team is winning/has a target super low (AIM FOR HEADSHOTS) - Try to reload less and when your heals are down and there’s nothing critical switch to DMG and it will auto reload after about a full second or two - Play with cover. His projectiles do have travel time but they travel faster and lock on 100% of the time on the target compared to supports like Kiriko - Play with supports than can provide more heals, a Lucio x LW comp likely won’t work unless your lucio has heals on 60+% of the time and amps heals near your team - Don’t be afraid of using platform, its got a fairly short cooldown and if you’re being chased you’ll likely have enough time for the cooldown to reset - Don’t beat yourself up if you pull the wrong person or don’t pull someone before they die, things happen. Just apologize profusely and continue on with the game. It’s just a matter of practice, as its just as easy to make mistakes on other supports (ex. Missed/late suzu, lamp, nano, anti/sleep, ults) - Don’t be afraid to swap if LW isn’t synergizing with the rest of the team! He’s best with brawl/dive as he can pull anyone out of a bad engagement - My personal favorite maps to play LW are Hollywood defense and Route 66 defense as theres plenty of high ground to keep you safe.

Something I found out with Lifeweaver is that there’s an option to press interact to destroy your flower platform. Could have used it install of your pull to pull them off your high ground
