Great cast Lewis. I’d rather go for a couple of marquee signings rather than a selection of bargain basements who require time. Just a couple of decent signings last year could’ve kept us up. We’re now at a level where we need to be a little more ambitious with the guys we bring in.

Really good suggestions, including some I didn't know. Drameh would be a great signing although he can be erratic. Have always been mystified by Allan Campbell's ousting as he's such a lively and dangerous player. But for some reason Edwards doesn't rate him.

What do you think of a potential signing of callum o'hare?

Cody Drameh was a massive improvement on lazy james bree & tbh far betrer than fall asleep kaboure & right wing back was an issue last season. Personally i hope the engine Alan Campbell is given a real chance to shine.

1. James Bree wasn’t lazy. Did lots of work on and off the ball. 2. Edwards isn’t a fan of Campbell

Drameh had the opportunity to come and turned us down, and I don't feel that we need him with Ogbene and Hashioka in that position. Lewis O'Brien will cost a lot wages and feel that we could find better value elsewhere. I think Baptiste is on the radar but there's questions about his past injuries. I'd love Browne but think he'll stay up north with half of the Championship after him. If we sell anyone, then we'll look for a like for like replacement but at best I can only see Adebayo, Mengi and Doughty leaving and I doubt all three would leave at once. I honestly think our next signings will come from overseas, much better value to be had. I'd love another left footed centre back but they seem to be rare as rocking horse shit these days.
