Indestructible walls AREN'T a bad idea by themselves But putting many of them on almost every single map is the real problem.

@Charlie the update as a whole was great i liked the mastery system it make me want to play the game and it gives a ton of rewards and the new graphics are also cool and willow is going to be my new favorite brawler. But they clearly didn't Take the time to test it and fix some problems 1-lags that a lot of people experience after this update . 2-graphic glitchs at the menu and starting screen battle thing. 3-the maps (one map of showdown duo made people spawn not with their teammate but random person and also maps are worst than what players makes they don't even follow their own rules ) 4-this is personal ,i dont get why rewards are different from epic it annoys me a bit Overall the update is great but still needs some changes

The devs are trolling us with these maps 💀

Ya it’s insane

I don’t mind unbreakable walls. I don’t think there should be that many though, let alone on every map (don’t know if that’s the case) but it shouldn’t be this huge thing you see in every match you play. I think it’s cool cause now it’s kind of like a mini buff to other brawlers who can’t break walls or anything like that which is good. But I’m kind of in the middle about them. I hope we see less of them but there should be some IMo

An idea that I had was to make it so you couldn’t throw things over indestructible walls/jump over them. It would make things much more interactive for throwers because now there’s a form of “wallpeek” in a thrower’s playstyle rather than just finding the most robust wall on the map and sitting behind it for free lane control.

Stacked walls... They are higher and you have 3 layers to demolish. They become normal walls when there is only one layer left.

Duels used to be my favorite game mode 😭

They should remove some of the walls on the maps. If not just give most of the tanks a universal acceleration buff so that reach max speed or turn around corners faster

These walls are a good feature but they aren't using them right in some maps.

NGL I hate unbreakable walls. Especially in this duels map. I like what they tried and love the update but personally I haven't had a great time with them but maybe it's only because of the map design choices

Unbreakable walls are a good concept but they didn't apply it well in duels In other modes it's completely fine and i like them a lot Makes bea and belle less annoying to deal with imo

I feel like making the walls on the top left and top right indestructible while making the opposites and the center normal would have balanced it.

Supercell got a little carried away with the new walls

Fun Fact: thats NOT a New wall. these indestructible walls could be found in Robo Rumble at the time when brawl stars was in beta and when it launched globally. after a while, these walls were "removed" and just came back now. I said "removed" in quotes because they could be found in the game files. even though they are no longer used. that's why you could find these walls on maps made by hackers

barley + primo + somebody else ig edgar or bibi is op in this map, u dont rlly need triple thrower. with barley u charge super and if u die with him u jump on the opponent with primo getting ur super back/getting most of it back and if you dont fully get it you can get intentionally get hit to get super

U should have done the map with a square of water and eve combo

The fact that you can use same brawlers in duel friendly battle is overpowered

A good strar on this map is to pick buzz; go into a corner wait for the thrower to go out of his cover and then gadget to him

Edgar on this map is actually incredibly overpowered next time this map comes in rotation use his super charge gadget and any star power. He’s free 1st thrower picks

I didn’t play that duels map for that exact reason.

Tanks: We need to break walls to be able to actually surprise attack throwers, some extra speed might be nice Supercell: Say no more. *Makes throwers even stronger and nerfs tanks*

My setup for this map is grom because I’m good with grom Otis for tanks and assassins and I don’t know what to do for the third brawler. I tried griff but he died to throwers a lot. Sam would probably be a good choice but I don’t have Sam.

The problem is not with the walls themselves, but with the map designs. Duels maps are utter trash-Supercell somehow managed to make them even worse-but it's not like all the others are good either.

Hey nubbz3 I wanted to ask did the brawl star stop giving 1st gear for the brawl for free whenever we upgrade the brawler to level 10 because I had to buy a gear for mortis at 10 level

The best loadout for this is buzz,barly,and dynamike BUZZ: if there is a thrower back away as far as possible the thrower will get close and you use your gadget idk what its called but it is a super but it does not stun enemies and once you used it they are over. BARLEY: Just annoy them or wait till the smoke comes use the sticky syrup gadget if they get close enough and destroy them. DYNAMIKE: Use your stunning gadget and try to check were the enemie is so you can stun them and destroy them

This new seasons maps literally feel like map maker. All of them.

why do i feel like the map rotation always goes so crazy on the march update, but then it slowly goes back to normal later on? like last year most of the maps that came out in march, though not new, were weird, for mosst of the modes and this year is worse because look at these 2 new duels maps, they're the worst ever, even worse and the ones people complained about, worse and hotheaded, worse than black river, etc. and they ruined Shooting Star, noticed how those walls at the midde you're supposed to break to counter throwers are now indestructible as well? that's gonna be a pain

After seeing the new maps i am convinced that they were made by someone who hates duels

The previous maps were really fine but these new maps sucks ass It's not indestructible walls that make it bad but the overall design of the map looks like a troll to me

i got grom to 1100 in this map and pushed back basically all my throwers to 750+ kinda sad how duels turned out to be

i literally played dynomike, barley, and frank and climbed to rank 25+ with all of them lmao. the reason i picked frank was because if i went against a non thrower like shelly or something, i could just run away from them then entire game until the smoke came in

They either need to have less unbreakable walls or instead have rebuilt able walls

tips : use gear health, this gear lowkey broken for passive mode 👍

You could also just play a character with high HP and just run around in circles until the gas kills the other guy

Wouldn't if be funny if supercell added a "high" enough wall where throwers can't throw their ammo at the side of that wall?

YO I remember I would grind this map yesterday with dynamic mike, I got so many trophies!!

This map made me so annoyed trying to complete my duels quest. I was raging so hard and I finally got the 5 WIN QUEST done after losing 20 TROPHIES FOR 250 TOKENS

They should do it like 3 lives, every shot that should destroy wall put it 1 less, and after 3 destroyed shots is despair

I played a match in this duels map with no throwers and went up against a frank and I legit could do nothing he just kept running and I just kept chasing until the smoke killed me 2 times then I trie stop trick him to think I went AFK but unfortunately Otis doesn't kill frank with 3 shots

I love industractable walls but not that many just 8 or less per map not more

Bro this is actually soo frustatingg .. like supers of brawlers like bull, frank, colt etc are so useless on maps with these walls

Idea: Shielded Walls After an attack that normally breaks walls, this wall will stay alive but turn into a normal wall. So like a wall but 2 lives.

What about having throwers not being able to throw over indestructible walls, like how you can’t throw the basketball over them in basket brawl

When i faced no throwers i played sam with his first starpower and did a healoff

Here are some tips for brawlers in the Iron Core map (shown in first part in the video)! I found that Sprout is especially useful. Not only are you a thrower, but if they decide to hide behind a wall, you can use the attack's bouncing mechanic to get the perfect range and let the blast radius hit them. When the smoke arrives, and the enemy is still hiding behind the walls, you can use the super to block off one way and force them to come out the other, allowing you to easily defeat them. Mr. P is good because of his main attack, which can bounce and hit throwers and other brawlers over walls. His gadgets are both useful since porters are some throwers' weakness, and can also be used as a distraction.

Spikey walls is a good idea I see most of these suggestions being added for a map maker 2.0 though Walls that have health Deal damage when nearby Have thorns damage / if you hit it you take damage Walls that go underground on a pattern Walls that regenerate

I feel like they just sorta screwed it by making wall breaking so common

Indestructible walls ruined duels for me.

This map was absolute hell. I managed to push Barley to rank 30 and the trick was simply to bully literally every brawler that was not barley or Mortis and hide inside bushes and jump them if they were those two. Probably the worst map ever made by brawl stars but it did get me a lot of trophies

Bro this is just a huge buff towards throwers

I pushed my primo and dyna to rank 28 I on this map really loved the map lol

Basket brawl isn't so bad but the walls ruin it because you can't shoot over them

I like the indestructible walls, but J do agree that they’ve put too much

I Just solo alot of times with dyna,i like dyna but this and the last one where eve was everywhere is terrible

What I've been doing is using bibi and Ash to just stay in the middle and wait for smoke, I then just win cus I have more health

I love em, just maybe less of them really but I never had a problem with them

I pushed to 20k trophies with grom on this map as first brawler and lost only like 2

How they going ruin my favorite modes like duels and brawl ball my trophies in the drain rn 💀

"new mechanic"???? unbreakable walls existed in 2018 in old robo rumble maps, and they also came back when map maker came out, with map maker came a lot of hackers and glitchers

I like these walls, but they're over saturated. That mao would be fine for a tank if the middle 3x3 was breakable.

now in duels we have all type of maps for every type of brawler! Indestructible walls did their work

Yeah but we have that water map and it's awful We should not depend on cheesy maps to push because it would make things more difficult to balance

they should make indestructible walls the same way they work in basket brawl so that throwers can't throw over them

The only thing good about the walls is the sound they make when you hit them

I think that indestructible walls must be a conduit for damage if you stay too close to it, like 1/4 or 1/2 of tile from wall, it will help to avoid some throwers and made more smart gameplay (also it will help to get rid of penny mortar on some maps like open zone). And its logical! These walls made of metal, metal conducts a lot: electricity, heat, sound, vibrations and something like that.

No They just need better map design The walls ruined brawl ball, basket brawl They work in bounty, some for heist, gem grab They should never be in showdown because it would play like this map and be people running around in circles The concept is neat the execution is God awful Because of this I actually liked map maker, there are people making actually normal maps there because of this update lmao

The low trophy cheese is hide in the smoke with a high hp brawler and win by camping

Did not expected this real trauma to come back this year 💀💀💀

The strat is pick dynamike select the stun gadhet and hit others

I hate that map not because of Lobbers but because of tanks after i kill my enemys lobbers with mortis i just stick around the walls and camp for the smoke to kill them and if they have more HP then me i just use my super At least it wasn't as unplayble as the first one

I thought they were gonna make actual good duel maps once they said they were gonna fix it but boiiiii some of these maps are so terrible someone should get fired 💀

There is too much undestructible walls, there should be only one or two set of walls

As a barley main i see no problem with this

Honestly I was feeling happy that Duels is permanent now but the map rotation is really awful.... I love unbreakable walls in brawl ball but earlier walls were the only problem in duels

First time I played this map I was so tilted. If you not playing dino grom and buzz so you`ll lose, cause you can`t break walls and like tanks will just dodge you till the smoke and throwers is just chilling in the mid throwing and not letting you deal any damage. This map is cancer

Throwers are over powered yet there is sprout

El Primo is good, he can jump on them by receiving damage

I hope duels gets voted out bcs of these maps. The mode already sucked but this just made it worse
