With Starr Drops, they try to give you a brawler of a rarity, but if you already have every brawler of that rarity it gives you credits instead. That is why in 1:42 it gave 500 credits than 1000.

1:37 the reason why is because the game probably gave him a epic brawler (500 credits) and a mythic brawler (1000 credits)so Even if you get a legendary star drop ×2 and get two brawlers they also have to make the two brawlers higher rarity to get better results (if it is long you learn better of luck and garbage of star drops)

I think Bibi is a strange case, she is balanced but she doesn't fit in the actual meta, there are so many brawlers that can stun or knock her back and cancel her main attack and that makes her hard to play
