If you shoot and kill them all and then you get the double action revolver. Then you come a day or two later then you can do the robbery plus you do it later with Sean. One time through my playthrough I also got to pick up the the double-barrel sawed-off shotgun that was in good condition I just had to go to the gunsmith put its components on there

Most likely no you won't be able to, doing this early as shown here will skip the mission with Sean.

Yes you can do both ch2 and ch3. You get the big loot in wall with Sean in ch3

Thanks... I'm in chapter 2 and done it twice. Waiting for a 3rd time... hopefully won't effect Sean's mission.
