That 98 is awesome. Everyone at the woodsball course growing up wanted a 98 or an A5 with the cyclone hopper.

I used to shoot a 98 with their expansion chamber kit, rocket cocker, double trigger and a Ricochet Apache. Had the SP Progressive and the Flatline, and used it without the shroud for a long time. I even had the red dot and folding stock for it that I pretty much never used. Oh to be back in those golden years

That tippmann 98 is sick. I loved tippmann effect. They had some sick guns. This one guy that was legit no joke like 75 years old had one all tricked out and it had a virtue board I believe and a feather trigger. With a halo b hopper. He could use it in tournaments an shit. Pretty fascinating

Yea, back in the day, no ones gun looked the same. Spyders, Raptors, auto cockers, auto mags etc...

Yeah in the oldn days the guns didnt come all pimped out of the box, there was more options for customizations to make it your own

Just pulled out after 20 years in a bag, my old A-5 with first gen E-grip and my Old JT mask. Took it out after 2 decades of sitting in my duffel bag and worked like new. Didn’t break a ball one.

Thanks for showing the old school stuff, made me grab my 2k1 Minicocker and 2k2 Timmy out of the closet.

I had an extremely similar drop forward on my old autococker. Good times back in 2004 playing!

I knew a guy that had a modded A-5 that he added a flatline to then modded the flatline to accept a apex unit on the end so he could dive bomb paintballs up over bunkers

I was working on a Tippmann build a few years back. I ordered a Rufus Dawg center feed that never arrived. Guess they went out of business. Sad times.
