A blend of Soul, RnB, Blues, Funk, Hip Hop, Reggae, Jazz, Rock or Gospel wrapped in Island vibes. Loved the reaction, stay safe.

I've been an off-and-on musician going on 30 years, bass guitar in particular, and have a considerable amount of notches in my belt from small-to-large gigs. Lemme tell you, that bridge ("Now that I've put it all together) is among the best bridges ever composed. Nice change-up, kinda jazzy, kinda Bee Gees, and a beautiful segue back to the rockin' chorus. Great song construction fer sure!

You should try Hall & Oates “ she’s Gone”....great song

Yup, that's Ron Moss. I've been a gigging bassist going on 30 years, so when my (beautiful and rather stoic) cousin divulged her obsession with Ron Moss I could only feel envy: killer good looks, serious singing and bass-playing skills, AND he's a professional actor for a top-rated soap opera. How my cousin drops her wall whenever he appears is astonishing!

Quay, I am not surprise you have heard of this. Many good songs where use in commercials, movies, and other media. May I suggest a song from Louis Armstrong and the title of the song is "What a Wonderful World." Watch the color version of him singing. I love this guy and he is well known for his trumpet playing. He does not play his instrument in this song just just his personality and the words. I know you will like seeing this. You're missing the context. He is saying that he misses her so much that he's willing to take the blame, even though it may not have been his fault. Thats how much he loves her. You should ask your older viewers what the meanings and contexts are. We spent decades with the music and the artists. Just ask us, we'll be more than happy to fill in the blanks and/or frame it correctly.
