As someone who also did varsity wrestling and football, neither let me eat freely, though I was always the big fella, I was a strict diet and workout routine big fella. The workouts were about the same, the injuries were more prone in football, but wrestling still had its fair share.

That said the story is probably fake, so yeah...the moment he mentioned the title of the books etc, I was pretty sure that it was just some hidden marketing thing.
