Playdate Gone Wrong

Ойын-сауық

The plaintiff invited the defendant's son to play with her child. During the playdate, the plaintiff alleges the defendant's son burglarized her home, so the plaintiff is suing for stolen property. The defendant argues her son only started acting out because he was medicated for a disorder.
