Not many guitarist can make a song fun to understand and learn. You do! Thank you.
It’s funny how I always come back to Shane.
I'm am a senior (78) and I have played Tequilla for ten years 'my way', But my strum patterns are boring non-rhythmical so I found you. We are spending afternoons together and I am getting a much better rhythm. I teach seniors many subjects (not guitar of course,) and your teaching style is very straight ahead and easily induces confidence and practice. Great job Sir.

Man,I Iove these play along songs, Seeger and Eagles, those big big open chords sound so sweet, great strumming and the guitar sounds so full. I'm tuned almost perfectly and it sounds so good through my 68 left handed tele with your guitar, and I'm doing some barr chords and GMaj 7 etc, thanks.
You have the best way of teaching a song’ Thank you

Shane, another great tutorial! You certainly have a gift for how to break a song down into components for non-musical people like myself to learn to play them. I really enjoy learning how to play these songs and I absolutely LOVE the play-alongs. It helps me to stay on beat and increase my stamina to play through a whole song and not stop. You asked for recommendations...I would LOVE to hear your take on Neil Young's Old Man. I'm trying to learn it, albeit, it's very s-l-o-w. Thanks again. Keep up the great work & God bless!
Another great turorial. Thank you! I really love your play along videos too. It really helps me to stay on track even when I mess up a chord or the strum. Since I can't take in person lessons now, doing your lessons is the next best thing. Keep it up and stay safe in Canada!!
Thanks, love your teaching format! Extremely helpful. I love your lessons!

Christ, you can play! What a great song, needless to say I will be trying to learn this one soon. Your techniques and tips overall are very helpful. Outstanding lesson, Shane. Keep it up
This is good to sing along to so you can get in time with strumming then do the strum along with this and sing in time good work. Where you play B7 chord for " You Just get numb" I like B chord to Em7 either or case👍👍
It's a real pleasure to see you teach and play. Too bad you held back from singing. Many many thanks.

Hi Shane, I like the way you teach and it's quite simple to follow. I used to play when I was younger and my fingers are now "rusty" I am much older but still love to hear the sound of guitars compared to Ukuleles. I also like your sharing of guitar chords and song sheets. Truly helpful for me and my friends who are trying to pick-up guitar again, Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Shane just recently discovered your channel and immediately subscribed. Your lessons are very well constructed. I was wondering if you could do a video on how you count beats per minute on any given song. Secondly, I would like to purchase a BeatBuddy, could you maybe do a video on how you use it on any given song? Keep up the great videos!! Thank you!!!

Hi Shane. Love the play along series especially the slower bpm then original speed. Great job
Keep doing what you do ...i can really connect with your method.. Another very basic progression. Yes the strumming is a little tricky but I love the play along at slower then actual tempo...since I already know the positions its kinda just like jamming along with a buddy...and I'm singing without the copyright worry..lol thanks agian

Hi Shane, I learned this tune a few years ago, and for some reason I didn't practice it for a long time probably because I couldn't get the chord changes down smoothly. Fast forward to last month, I replayed this video at least 10X's each day for at least a week and now I can play along with you, strum for strum. Such a great lesson. I started to learn the solo which involves 3rds. Any chance you might do a lesson on the solo for Tequila Sunrise?
A great straightforward lesson on a reasonably simple song. Thanks.
