My wife are retiring and moving to Potrero in Oct. Right up the street from Playa Penca...thanks so much for the tour! Now we really can't wait....LOL...

Just moved to Surfside with the help of Sarah! It’s just what we wanted. Couldn’t be more perfect. Work with Sarah she’s the best!

We lived there for six months and loved it. Playa Penca was our favorite we also loved Playa Prieta and Playa Azucca. Live in old Potrero and walk to four different beaches, Surfside was fun too but touristy. We are in Manual Antonio/Quepos now and love it even more. Thanks for the memories Sarah, Pura Vida my friend.

Hi Sarah, Have been watching your videos for a few years now, really great content. We have a place in Surfside/Potrero absolutely love it there. We were finally able to get there last spring ( since Covid) and spent for 2 months. Can’t wait to get back this winter. Las Brisas at the end of the beach where you turned around is a great restaurant one of our favourites. Many great places in the area. Keep up the great videos, can’t wait for the next one. Kathy 😊

I haven’t been to Potrero yet. Cute little beach town. What’s the cost of private schools around there or is there any?(might be a good video, for those that have the school aged kids. My son is starting kindergarten this year and hopefully finishing this coming school year in CR. At the moment I’m thinking San Isidro area or 10-15 outside of there, down the mountain. Always good info, thanks for sharing and I hope you’re as happy as you look. Pura Vida!!

@@remodelfreellc1885 I currently live in Boston. Compared to here it’s dirt cheap. I suppose it’s what you use to. I don’t have school age children but was checking for someone else. School looked amazing with 10-1 student to teacher ratio.

The price depends from the school. The next private schools are CRIA and La Paz. Cria is around 10 K per year and I think La Paz around 6 K per year
