That's a long old walk from Best Tenerife to Mc Donalds, you did very well on what looked like a really hot day! Not been to Tenerife for a few years as I wanted to try Lanzarote and Fuerteventura (both beautiful islands) but nothing changed much along Tenerife coastline from what I see here. That iced beer was well deserved and looked fab! x

Morning Simon, it was a very long walk, and it was sweltering that day. We don't mind walking and taking in the views. The Beer went down a treat. We are going back to Lanzarote again in September. Thank you for your message and watching our vlogs. x

Q&A. We haven't got enough subscribers to do this. We shall take it on board and if we reach 2000 subs will do one. We are just a normal couple trying to live life in our senior years. Hence everytime we get a chance to travel we go for it. Thank you for the message and especially watching us. x

Couldn’t wait until tomorrow. This was a very interesting video because we actually are now booking to go way next Christmas or just after maybe 30th December for a week . There are no flights out yet so very open minded but Tenerife is high up on the list and this walk is what we love to do including beer stops . I’ll be honest and say this wold be a budget holiday meaning a basic hotel as long as it’s clean and has a bar etc as we’ve got a fair bit of money tied up for more expensive holidays . We are happy to fly from Luton stansted gatwick Heathrow etc . Thanks gain loved this especially the frosted glass 1 euro lol

You can certainly budget in Tenerife, there's so many bars and restaurants. We like good value and no frills. Also hotel is for sleeping and as long as it's clean that's all you need. We budget so we can have more holidays. You never know we may bump into you as we were hoping to get back December/January if a good deal comes our way.. Your trip must be coming up soon, have a wonderful time. xx

@@steveandcarole March 25th but staying the night at stansted hampton inn , we have a few holidays this year and this extra one only came up because the wife had an extra week off this Christmas so thought a cheap holiday. I’ll look at flights end of March , we may even go down the Airbnb route

I’m so planning on staying in Costa Adeje and then going into Playa for some sight seeing. Don’t know if we would be better to walk or taxi it

It's a very nice walk if you like walking like we do. The heat gets to you so keep hydrated by doing a few pit stops. Costa Adeje is a nice resort. Have a good one. x
