    Black woman here. 🙋🏽‍♀️ The craziest part about this is that this is actually an older video of Martina. The last time I saw anything about her, she had black braided hair, wore a dashiki, and changed her name to some “African” sounding name. As a Black American with German ancestry, it was incredibly embarrassing. This woman has been doing this for well over ten years now. I haven’t seen or heard anything about her in a few years now, but if you search her name, “Martina Big”, you’ll see what I mean. And yes, she is just as much of a joke in Germany as she is here.

    To be fair, somewhat, she's German. And this is an old story as well so her saying "exotic look" was nothing negative or stereotyping a certain race (or people of color in general). Some people might have called colored hair and a tight dress an exotic look back when that was filmed. It's an older report about them, maybe from 10 years ago? By now she has been "baptized" as a "real African woman" and probably moved to Kenya as well. Though what I've found was from 2019 or something. Didn't think I'd ever hear from her again and that was what a quick search brought up.

    I have never heard anyone say that dark skinned people were ugly except for a few bigots. If dark skin were ugly Naomi Campbell and Tyson Beckford wouldn't be some of those most famous supermodels in the world. I don't think people fair or light skin is even a hallmark of beauty. It literally has nothing to do with your skin tone. It has everything to do with your facial features. Skin color is irrelevant to physical beauty. Only a few bigots believe this, but not the world.

    Whoever did these procedures on her, needs to lose their licence. She may need a Psych eval to explore her need for this extreme body modification,and if she is fully aware of dangerous side effects... the breast tissue being that stretched out,without adequate capillary refill, can lose blood flow to the tissues and become necrotic .. We all have freedom of choice but these choices are extremely dangerous to her health. I was an ER Nurse in LA and I have seen some strange body modifications, but this is extreme. I see beauty in people very differently than most, I want the best for people,(good health not making these dangerous body modifications),love and joy .. it is the heart that matters to me... ❤

    I guess it may be possible that her children, if she has any, will be born darker than you'd expect. The Melanotan she took (not sure if she has to continue taking it) is in her bloodstream, and would affect a child. But...how, other than skin color? This drug was taken off the market for a reason, and I doubt there's much information on what problems it might cause in a developing fetus.

  • @MJ-98

    @MJ-98

    5 ай бұрын

    @@marinam.2293There are a few conditions that would need to be fulfilled for her children to be darker than they might otherwise be generally: 1) the melanotan would have to be able to cross the placenta to affect the fetus's melanocytes 2) the melanotan induces a mutation in her eggs which then would increase the melanin in the eventual baby We have no idea whether either of these could be true.

    I remember seeing her on Botched twice, once before she took Melanotan and an episode after her skin turned dark. I am really glad that plastic surgery has evolved so that women who had a mastectomy, are able to have a plastic surgeon use tissue expanders to create a new breast. It must be so satisfying to have a more normal looking breast then having to wear a prostheses. As I have said before, I cannot understand why women would use a tissue expander to enlarge their breast to the point that they are putting their health at risk. As Dr. Youn, said you can get an infection by pumping up the breast yourself and I personally believe that it would be harder to be screened for breast cancer with those large implants and that is one reason I would never want those huge breasts.

    As someone who is "black", she does look quite silly but to each is own. That being said, many non- black or brown persons dont realize that what makes up dark skin is quite complex, there are yellow, golden, red, purple, blue, even pink pigment in limitless combinations based on genetic that determine how a "black" person may look.

    I’m all for body modifications but this baffles me because firstly why would any self respecting doctor allow this to happen and secondly cis people can do this all they want without having a psychological evaluation or note from a mental health professional but trans people have to go through months and sometimes years of therapy and living as their gender even if it’s dangerous to do so before they “pass” among other requirements and that’s just for standard mastectomy or augmentation surgery not anything this extreme, cis people need to have mental health assessments before procedures like this too because this isn’t safe and someone needs to help her figure out why she is willing to take such a big risk.

    Any time I see someone with this level of body dysmorphia it hurts my heart. She was beautiful before all of this and she still is. Seeing what other people see can be difficult. I’m well aware of that. I’m sure many more of us have battled some form of body dysmorphia to an extent. We may not like the way our tummies look or the size of our earlobes. I think this is taking things to an extreme that has no return.

They’re like children playing who see the wonder in EVERYTHING. We started laughing with them instead of at them. They aren’t hurting anybody and seem happier than most people I know. I just hope they don’t end up hurting THEMSELVES with all of…this.

No one took practice over so all my records are no where to be found. I don't have the numbers attached to them. Anything to prove what I have...
