If everybody could please tell me if they like the presentation of the soldiers on the White background, I never thought it would work so well!!

The white background's good but the figures are clearer when your fingers move in and diffuse (if that's the word) the glare. My question: You mention using a drill on those blobby areas. can you give details on what you use, please?

Hi , a very nice review with a good set of soldiers. I think that they compare well with the Revell set. Would like to have seen an HMG but at least we have the HAT set for that! Yes I like the white background, so keep up the good work!

Nice review and nice job with the presentation! White background looks great. Agree that the box art on these Caesar guys really need work, but the figures are really pretty good. Caesar guys do have a habit of having guns bend before you get them- probably due to that little plastic bag. This is a pretty good kit and I wish Caesar would produce an early war version or an 8th Army North Africa version, Brit paras or Commonwealth troops. Thanks for the info on the flamethrower. As these are late war troops, any thoughts about a suitable set for early war or for an Asian campaign (Burma or Borneo)?

New format looks great , how'd you do it? I need to up my game LoL. Great review as usual, a set i really must get around to picking up myself. I've been doing some Caesar German Paras and found they are a a bit wobbly in the ankles, worse than my own even! Did these lads have a similar issue at all as the look pretty stable?

Nice set! thanks for sharing. I bought the Revell (Matchbox) 1/32 British Infantry set today and really like it. No flash, minor mould lines and some great poses with plenty of special equipment and "active shooters". Are you familiar with this set and what do you think?

Think you will like it. rifles, Vickers, bren and stenguns plus a bazooka (probably not canonical?) and flamethrower. 12 and a half different poses, 15 figures. Both the standing and kneeling rifleman are duplicated, just as I like it. Only the officer isnt really doing anything but he looks very spiffy. I was also considering the Airfix 8th Army but this was quite a bit cheaper. I'm painting them as we speak... perhaps ill make a video
