Here's the video breaking down how the reactor works: • I turn Plastics into F...
I believe with the world wide crisis we are facing now, we require a world wide solution. And this is why I believe we need decentralized devices such as this Reactor. Think about it, even if there is just 1 reactor in every community, that will put a huge dent in plastic waste and pollution.
Due to this, I do not wish to make a singular specialized Reactor, once I master and complete this one, I want to make all different types, of all different scales and sizes.

I actually looked into this, these things are not new but new to the point that 99% of the world doesn't know about it. But there's tons of articles on it. This is a awesome way to reduce plastic waste. There is no plant yet in the usa, and would be a huge investment for the future.

He's explained multiple times that he's not the first person to do this (though many think he is) and that he's just working things out and seeing if it is a viable option. I may be wrong but he has said that this is the most powerful one with actual documentation of its existence but again I may be wrong havnt looked into it myself The actual design and concept of the machine is ridiculously simple also and that's coming from somone who dropped out in high school

I mean I could go on about the conspiracy to keep this thing hidden ? I mean this was found out when plastic was invented. Never was followed through tho. Plastic is a polymer how do you disablize a polymer to return it back to its former components you hit it with radiation and heat. Or a microwave oven if you have one

@@89Valkyrie design and concept. Construct yeaaah na this man's on anothet level there especially when you take into account bros welding it together himself. but theoretically he's just beaming microwaves into plastic to separate molecules collecting the vapour and condensing it then venting off the gas if he added a small industrial alcohol still on to the end of the collection valve 10m away or something and was pumping enough into his auto feed he would have completely refined petroleum oil Also if he ran it off solar and had it in a contained building to stop any emissions would be completely sustainable and free English bad im cooked now🫠

I seen you filling your talk in another video, should have some needle valves on the ends of the hose, just in case you can't take it off safely you can close the needle valves and detach the hose, even at low pis you should have Double isolation, I love what your doing!! Stay safe out there!!

If you get some rebar bent you could weld it spiralled to the back end of the auger system for strengthening purposes, that might help.

Make concaved ends of the tube to help with feeding. We've done a complete redesign . With valves/partial blades/center catch can for the carbon. Scaled about 6x the size.

On the mock up my engineers have made we have made preparations for pre-maitrnance. Do not galvanize metal btw. Also I would suggest yo flare out some holes on blades 5-8-5 . Fifth blade in on both sides also the center blade.

He's crazy backyard engineer and a good one for his age but this is just an alcohol still with an auto feed for plastic. a gas vent for condensed gases. a collection for waste of the plastic (carbon) but instead of heat with a regular alcohol still he's using microwaves from a magnetron it's been done before. There's already multi million dollar companies doing this more effectively, efficiently and on a much larger scale with other methods and there's a company called contec doing this concept with tires can give em a Google

Has any of you ever thought that the machine might be using more energy that you can capture? Obviously the machine cannot be outputting less energy than it uses but the amount of energy that takes to power the machine is probably more than the amount of energy that can be used.

Its not a scam hes just doing to have fun hes never claimed to be the first to do this and With 1 Google search there's plenty of companies doing this on much larger scales one named contec uses microwave pyrolysis in a vacuum to process tires 😂 so if you think its a scam by it dosent work then it dose or if you think its one by him getting money to build it then hes said already that this is nothing more than a backyard build to see if he could make one in his backyard and if he can then it shouldn't be to hard for places in poor nations recycling plastic this same way because its alot safer and better for lungs theoretically if it was setup, ran and processed by further distillation
