Super helpful, you're supposed to do all these steps to separate the DNA from certain bacterial contents like proteins and lipids, all these make a lot more sense now, at the end we precipate the DNA with the alcohols and then dilute them for further analisis in the TE solution. I was in the middle of doing homework and saw this, now i'm putting it off and going to finish watching Code Geass. Lelouch vi Britannia commands me.

I got to the isopropanol step and centrifuged it, when I took it out of the centrifuge I couldn't see a pellet. I think I might've left it too long. So if I centrifuge again could i potentially Iget a pellet?

What is TB?

what are the observations after adding solution 2?

Please also indicate the temperature of the centrifuge

worst protocol ever,worst time management..i isolate around 10 plasmids in this mch time and if you use RNAse at the start you must use a co-precicitant...shit protocol..
